Instructions
1. Cut the chicken into small strips 2. Quarter the mushrooms 3. Quarter the cherry tomatoes 4. Boil your pasta al dente 5. In a separate pan, cook your mushrooms on high heat until golden brown and set aside 6. In that same pan, cook your chicken until golden brown 7. Add your al dente pasta and a spoon of pasta water 8. Add the pesto, crème fraîche and cooked mushrooms and stir to combine 9. Turn off the heat and stir in the cherry tomatoes 10. Serve with a bit of grated parmesan on top
